Title: Mass Meters For Liquid Measureiwent

Abstract: Flowmeters that are capable of providing a direct mass flow measurement include: Coriolis, thermal, gyroscopic and angular momentum. However, Coriolis meters are the only commercially viable device that can cover the breadth of measurements required by the petroleum industry. In addition to providing a direct mass flow measurement, Coriolis meters are extremely accurate, typically 0.1% to 0.2%. The advantage of measuring mass is that the mass of a fluid is unaffected by changes in process temperature and pressure.
