Title: Understanding Condensation And Movement Of Liquid In Pipelines
Author: Michael A. Adewumi, William Polashenski
Source: American Gas Association 2003
Year Published: 2003
Abstract: Liquid formation and transport in gas transmission pipelines affects many facets of operation, including pigging, gas throughput, and compressor fuel requirements. This paper examines the engineering and economic effects of liquid formation on pipeline operations, and presents a practical tool for prediction of liquid formation for optimization of gas pipeline systems.
