Abstract: When I was first informed that I was to present this paper, I felt that it would be no problem at all since I was identifying with one group at that time. The more I considered the title of What the Office Group Expects from the Field Group the more I realized that the very title was actually vague and possibly misleading, depending upon who is considering your position.
