Abstract: This submission is to review the differences and uncertainties within A PI 10.3 & API 10.4 centrifuge methods and all contributing factors present. Discussion will include mitigation of the issues and improvements upon the expected accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility. This is a compilation of information of what has been done through the years and improvements that have been made such as, temperature control, centrifuge tube design, and equipment consistency acceleration/deceleration and capable of higher relative centrifugal force. This hand on course will give the people in the classroom an opportunity to run the equipment on the two different centrifuge methods.
