Title: Some Fundamental Principles Of Orifice Flouhetering
Author: Walter E. Ulktorowicz

Abstract: The basic concentric, square-edged orifice plate continues to be the most widely used primary element for both liquid and gas flow measurements. Other types of flowmeters, such as displacement, turbine, target, and vortex, continue to increase in popularity, but for the measurement of large volumes of gas at high pressure, the simple orifice flowmeter is preeminent.
