Abstract: The measurement department is the cash register of the company. With the rising cost of gas, errors in measurement are expensive. Management has increasing interest in training to minimize errors made by measurement personnel and save money. Video is an efficient tool for trainers to reach this goal. A study was conducted to determine the problems related to errors in measurement. This study revealed a number of contributing factors including personnel turnover, differences in hardware, and the use of part time or substitute personnel.
