Abstract: With the approval of Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI), this paper is a summary of the PRCI project Meas-6-2 10603, titled Effect of Upstream Piping Configuration on Ultrasonic Meter Bias. This summary is based on the final project report published April 30, 2012. PRCI is a community of the worlds leading pipeline companies, and the vendors, service providers, equipment manufacturers, and other organizations supporting our industry.
