Abstract: The National Conference of Standards Laboratories (NCSL) Recommended Practices Committee on Deadweight Pressure Standards is in the process of drafting an intrinsic/derived standards practice on deadweight pressure gauges. This talk will review the direction and progress of this consensus standards writing activity, and provide particular details concerning the assessment of uncertainties in pressure measurement using deadweight piston gauges
