Abstract: The present paper is aimed at describing the main low-speed anemometric test device of INRIM. This device consists of a 3.5 m long rotating arm which carries the instrument to be tested or calibrated. Details about the test rig device are provided together with a discussion about uncertainty sources and uncertainty evaluation.
