Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to describe the measurement techniques implemented at the Boeing Metrology Laboratorys Electromagnetic Field Strength Calibration Facility. They are based on the gain extrapolation technique developed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In addition, this paper will describe the facility itself and present a detailed error analysis beyond what is provided in NIST publications.
