Abstract: A system used for the calibration of leaks by comparison with standards is described. The system is fully automatic, requiring only operator inputs for the value of the comparison standard and entries for the identification of the parameters of the leak being calibrated. Temperature control for the leak being calibrated is incorporated in the system and the temperatures of both the leak being calibrated and the standard are monitored continuously. Calibration accuracy is dependent upon the systematic uncertainty of the standard being used.
