Abstract: We were informed in the late fall of 1970 that our gas supplier vould specify the maximum daily quantity we would be allowed for each delivery point from Sellers transmission line. Maximum Daily Quantity means the maximum volume of gas which Seller is obligated to deliver to us in any one day. Day means a period of twenty four consecutive hours beginning at 7:00 A. M. and ending at 7:00 A. M. This advance notice of a possible gas curtailment situation allowed one winters operation for collecting essential data, including gas volume determination for both gas purchases and sales during days of extrenely cold weather, for future use in making predictions in periods of possible curtailment of gas.
