Abstract: The A.G.A. began sponsoring the Best Practices Benchmarking program in 1994. Since that time, the program, under the direction of the Distribution, Construction and Maintenance (DC&M) Committee, has become a huge success for the A.G.A., with member companies finding real value in participation. Papers were presented in 1994 and 1995 on the process, progress and evolution of the Best Practices program. This paper will highlight the continued success and discuss the vision for the program in the future.
