Abstract: The Cutler-Hammer recording Calorimeter measures the total calorific value of combustible gas. It continuously samples, indicates, and records BTU per cubic. The BTU is an energy unit defined as the heat required to raise one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit from 58.5 to 59.5 degree F. under standard pressure. The International Table BTU is 1055.05585262 Joules.
