Abstract: Several excellent methods for automating measurements for resistance standards have been introduced recently. Even though these methods are achieving superior results, they are not widely used due to the programing time required. Also, many people who have developed their own software are linding themselves limited by their single application programs. A commercially available software package has been developed that provides a choice of methods to select from, enabling users to take advantage of the strengths of each method.
