Abstract: The manual calibration of 20 or 50 kg block weights is one of the most time consuming jobs in calibration laboratories and verification branches, as for the calibration of high capacity weights for example of 500 kg and 1 t, larger quantities of these block weights are frequently needed. Also for the calibration and verification of scales in the ranges of tons, for example for the linearity test, lots of 20 or 50 kg weights are needed.
