Abstract: A liquid nitrogen calibration system has been in co ntinuous use at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) facili ty in Boulder, Colorado USA since 1970. The system has been moved to the Colora do Engineering Experiment Station, Inc (CEESI) flow laboratory near Nunn, Col orado. NIST will continue to provide calibrations at the new location and CEESI will begin to provide commercial calibrations using the same equipment. A desctription of the events leading up to the desi gn and construction of the system is available in a paper by Scott and Lewis1 . The use of the system as an ambient temperature gas flow measurement system is described by Mann and Brennan2.
