Abstract: The natural gas production industry has a wide spre ad requirement to meter wet natural gas flows. Wet natural gas flows tend to b e present in two different production scenarios. The first is upstream of the processing system. In this scenario there can be a substantial quantity of liq uid relative to the gas flow (i.e. a large liquid loading). The other is downstream o f the processing system where further changes in thermodynamic conditions can cau se some heavier gas components to drop out of the processed gas. In th is scenario there is typically a relatively small quantity of liquid relative to the gas flow (i.e. a low liquid loading). Industry requires to meter both these wet natural gas flow scenarios
