Abstract: CMS Energy, through its subsidiary, CMS Gas Transmission & Storage company (CMS), and YPF, S.A. (YPF) have joined together to evaluate a nearly depleted oil reservoir near Mendoza, Argentina (see Figure 1) for the underground storage of natural gas. When developed this 8 Bcf working capacity storage field will be the first in Latin America.
