Abstract: Any test which measures well ones knowledge of something is developed with a great amount of planning and hard work. Proven development methods are used. Most of these methods have been spawned from Higher Education circles where educators publish and lecture the latest methodology for creating instruments of measurement. Included is the strenuous task of statistical analysis for these educators are adamant about formal test development for validity and reliability.
