Abstract: A discussion of pressure regulators should begin with what is expected of a regulator and what it does. Regulators feed gas to appliances at some desired pressure (within limits) and supply enough flow to satisfy the demands of the appliance. The regulator serves the appliance its as simple and as difficult as that.
