Abstract: n the Houston/Galveston/Brazoria area, as defined in 115.10 of this title (relating to Definitions), any site with a controlled or uncontrolled vent gas stream containing highly reactive volatile organic compounds (H RVOC) , as defined in 115.10 of this title, or a flare that emits or has the potentia l to emit HRVOC is subject to this division (relating to Vent Gas Co ntrol) in addition to the applicable requirements of Subchapter B, Divisi ons 2 and 6 of this chapter (relating to Vent Gas Control and Batch Proces ses) and Subchapter D, Division 1 of this chapter (relating to Process U nit Turnaround and Vacuum-Producing Systems in Petroleum Refineries ).
