Abstract: Of all the devices available for measuring water vapor content in gases, Bureau of Mines Type Dew Point Testers are the most widely used. These testers determine water content in numerous natural and industrial gases, provide an accuracy better than 0.2F (Bureau of Mines tests), enable determinations in the field under adverse lighting, need not be recalibrated, and are easily transported and set up in the field.
