Abstract: This paper deals with the introduction and application of the microprocessor for loading rack operations. The use of positive displacement and turbine meters will be discussed to show the Improved accuracies and rangeability possible with these meters when used with the microprocessor for loading rack applications. Also to be discussed is the latest technology utilizing microprocessor for the proving of meters in loading terminal applications.
