Title: Significance Of Gas Ultrasonic Meter Pressure Effects
Author: Charles W. Derr

Year Published: 2006
Abstract: Pressure changes the ultrasonic meter bodys longitudinal and radial dimensions and the geometric parameters that go into the calculation of flow. These can be calculated or experimentally determined and corrections applied. The degree of pressure related uncertainty varies as a function of the meter body mass, alloy choice and transducer mounting technique. In general, Ultrasonic Meters have reasonably low Pressure Coefficients.
