Abstract: The CEESIowa test facility has been in operation for sixteen years. Periodically the traceability path is adjusted to reduce uncertainty or improve efficiency. This paper discusses the evaluation of two options being considered for a planned change in the traceability path. The new process will be based on a turbine meter based package calibrated in the CEESI Colorado facility. The two options a single twelve inch meter or two four inch meters installed in parallel.
