Abstract: Natural gas transmission companies have evolved in the last forty years. Transmission companies would buy gas at the well head and sell gas at the burner tip. The business was straight forward and simple. Now, most transmission companies are transporters of gas. Other companies buy and sell gas while transmission companies haul it from point A to point B.
