Abstract: Changes in environmental regulation, emissions monitoring, landowner impact and facility economics are influencing change within the upstream oil and gas production industry. G reenhouse gases from flares, volatile organic compound (VOC) burners, tanks and rotating equipment are tracked and reported to ensure emissions compliance .
