Abstract: Customers service regulators covered in this demonstration include both high pressure and low pressure types. During the past 20 years the use of natural gas has risen sharply, and now supplies about a quarter of the countrys energy. The five state area of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas supply about 88% of the total gas production. The job of getting the gas from teh wells to consumer is divided into three separate groups: the producers who get it out of the ground, the pipe line operators who transport it, and the distributing companies who deliver it to the ultimate consumer. In all three operations the flow and pressures must be controlled.
