Abstract: This report describes a completely new designed low-pressure test facility for flow rates from 10 to 10,000 cubic metres per hour m/h. In order to ensure the lowest possible measuring uncertainty, both thermal and flow properties of the test stand were optimised. Special 8-path ultrasonic meters with a very large measuring range and integrated diagnostic capabilities are used as measuring (working) standards.
