Abstract: To those men who have been making this school annually for the last several years this paper is going to be rather monotonous. The primary purpose is to reach the new men coming into the field of gas measurement rather than go into the technical field of gas measurement, which one would have to do to hold the attention of the older men. It is the problems that are faced in gas measurement that the books have not covered that will be treated at this time.
