Abstract: I wish to express my gratitude to those attending this meeting today, the many individuals responsible for making this conference possible, and last but not least, the people who assisted me in preparing this paper. My subject, Processing Control and Measurement Techniques, covers a broad range of subject matter. The hydrocarbon gas industry will be discussed today in a general scope from production through pipeline sales and then focus on custody transfer and special measurement techniques.
