Abstract: THERMOANEMOMETERS AND PHOTOMETERS ARE USED TO MEASURE AIR FLOW VELOCITIES AND DOP PENETRATION WHEN CERTIFYING LAMINAR FLOW BENCHES. THESE UNITS LOWE CALIBRATION EASILY AND REQUIRE FREQUENT ON-SITE CALIBRATION TO BE SURE THEY GIVE PROPER READINGS. A WIND TUNNEL USEFUL FOR CALIBRATING THERMOANEMONETERS AND PROCEDURE FOR CALIBRATING PHOTOMETERS ARE DESCRIBED.
