Title: Developing Calibration Procedures For Ate
Author: Christopher L. Wagner, Keith E. Arnold

Abstract: The most effective calibration of an ATE system is through an automated on-site, system-oriented approach. For this approach to be effective, written calibration instructions must be clear, concise, complete and easy to follow. Further, the calibration software must be flexible, user-friendly and easy to revise, and must handle all combinations of user and test equipment feedback without deviating from its intended function.
