Abstract: Precision liquid column manometers can cover pressure ranges from 0.1 Pa to 1 MPa in both absolute and gage modes with uncertainties as low as 2 parts per million (ppm). This paper will discuss their operation, the problems that contribut-* to their uncertainties, and their use as calibration devices.
