Title: THEORY AND APPLICATION OF PULSE INTERPOLATION TO LIQUID METER PROVER SYSTEMS

Abstract: Pulse interpolation, by definition, is the ability to estimate values of (a function) between two known values. Therefore, pulse interpolation enables pulse counts to be made to a fraction of a pulse, thus greatly reducing the rounding - off errors that occur when pulse counts are made to the nearest whole number which always happens in the absence of Pulse Interpolation.
