Abstract: Testing is the act of comparing some artical or assembly to some predetermined standard. The standard in this case is called the bell-type prover, on which Mr. B. P. Stockwell will direct a class in practical installation and operation during this years short course. The assembly to be tested or compared to the prover is known as the displaement type meter.
