Abstract: This white paper will address many of the common questions and pitfalls associated with engineering, installing, and testing a measurement Canada Approved Custody Transfer loading system. It will also address where and why Measurement Canada regulations should be applied and followed by the industry. Measurement Canada covers a variety of industries and trade sectors, all with their own unique requirements. These trade sectors range from electricity measurement to weigh scales at grocery store check-out counters. Due to the nature of this school and paper, only the Petroleum Liquid Bulk Sector will be covered.
