Abstract: As Electronic Flow Meters (EFMs) have become more powerful and less expensive, many companies have begun dependent on EFMs for their gas gathering systems. However, there is always the challenge to justify the expense of replacing chart recorders on existing meters with EFMs. This paper will focus on providing the reader with a means to justify the replacement of chart recorders with EFMs.
